PARTNER VISA

 

 

The partner visa is of two types. Temporary partner visa and permanent partner visa; both allow living in Australia. You can apply for both at the same time with one single charge. The main eligibility criteria are that you must marry or have a de facto relationship with an Australian citizen or permanent resident in Australia. CHILD VISA

 

 

Child visas consist of subclasses like dependent/adopted/orphaned children of an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen. The children must be under 25 years of age but aged 18 or over and the child must be a full-time student and must be dependent on the sponsoring parent. There are three types of child visas, child visas, orphan visas, and adoption visas. There is only one under temporary child visa, the dependent child visa. The application can be done offshore and onshore. A permanent child visa allows children under 25 years of age to stay in Australia with their parents.
